Hi. My name is Stephanie and I would like work. Due to mental strain the only work I can really do at the moment is freelance/commission work.
I’ll do work from any fandom or even draw your original characters provided you give me enough detail about their appearance. However, unless you’re willing to pay extra keep all commissions PG13.
The examples I’ve given are mostly colored. If you don’t want it colored, it’s a good bet that it’ll be $5 cheaper. Ask if you are unsure. I’m friendly.
I can also do newspaper style comic strips (see my comic strip Bleats and Greets for examples) for $50 ($60 for basic cell shaded color).
They are done traditionally and then finished digitally but you can request the original strip so long as you pay shipping.
I also can do short animated gifs. I’m not 100% on how to price those yet but feel free to ask. If you want to see more art, feel free to look here and on my Deviant Art.
Feel Free to contact me here if you’re interested. I don’t tend to check my Deviant Art as often as I should. I’m willing to haggle or even just discuss what you’re looking for. You can backout any time before work is started .
Last homework assignment that I DID get done.
Patricia “Trish” from a story I will probably never work on.
I feel like crap for not getting my homework done. So I worked on something not homeworky. Finished the lines on Caitlyn. Now I just need to color it.
MORE HOMEWORK! YAY!
Had to pick an artist out of a list of 11 and try to draw in their style. I picked Chris Sanders.
So, I took my one OC, Tyler, and tried to draw her in a Chris Sanders type style. Had to bullshit the boots though because that man just loves to draw women standing on their tip toes while barefoot.
Homework assignment I turned in.
We had to draw a hero/heroine so I chose an unconventional character design from a story I’ve been working on.
This is my take on the DC talent search Harley Quinn test page DC entertainment set up a couple of months ago. I understand the controversy surrounding it, but I always saw it as more of an old school, looney tunes-style send up than anything that should be taken literally (If you watch those old cartoons, subjects such as suicide, murder, adultery, and so on were treated pretty callously, which at times could be viewed as almost cathartic, getting us to laugh at horrible subjects and through that overcoming them.) Eh, maybe I’m just thinking about this too much.
While I still think the idea was disgusting to begin with, I really like Elvin’s take on it for the simple fact that he didn’t oversexualize Harley. I really hate what DC has done to my favorite character.
